Today I share a story about how I took control of my health by focusing on what I am eating with a food diary.

Welcome to day three of the 21 day challenge. We are still talking about decisions decisions are so important in their life. They are the beginning of change when we make a decision to change. We will get on that path today. We’re gonna make a micro decision about the topic of health.
Okay health, your health is important when, as as we get older as our body start to age or at least mentally, we think that age at a cellular level a telomeres I getting shorter now. You may we’re actually only six weeks old. Our cells to six weeks every six weeks every single cell in your body rejuvenate gets replaced. However, our telemeres is getting shorter and shorter each time. We rejuvenate and that’s why we get a little bit older. We also, as we get all the 10 to stop feeling that abuse that we used to be out the take in our 20 s and in our thirties, we can do Anything at anything do anything and metabolism is changing as system is uh being affected by different things. So make a decision today have a think about your health.
What could you do. Micro decision something different in the topic of health that will allow you to change your energy levels. Let’s just say you wanna look at the mid afternoon crash you’re getting that do you get that sort of to three o’clock. Wow. I wanna go home or I’m gonna have a nap thing well, two years ago, I used to have that as well. No more don’t need an afternoon, coffee not for that purpose. Now I eat in a way that ensures my energy levels are the same, all day long could you imagine that so what I want you to do today. Simple decision is just make a note of what you ate throughout the day. Maybe Put it in an app if you use Google Keep that’s pretty cool any kind of note taking app. That you have just open it up. Like a quick note. Oh, I had a coffee 10 o’clock. I uh you know it sandwich with some bacon avocado and lettuce BLT sandwich 1 PM, whatever it is just make a note of what you eat okay throughout the day if you do that just Today, great, do it tomorrow too, even better do it for two weeks fantastic. You can actually now have some information to make a decision and that’s what we’re gonna do in two weeks time. Make a decision about how you’re eating. What you’re eating because you are what you eat okay see you on the next video
