Decide to focus – Day 2 – 21 Day Challenge

Today I share little lesson about focus, energy and what happens when you direct your focus somewhere – the energy of everything and everyone around you goes there – really amazing. More about the 21 day challenge

Welcome to day two of this 21 video days challenge.   All about figuring out what you need and what you want just below is a bit is link if you want to know more now for those of you that are on the challenge today’s challenge is also about decision making decisions.

Making a decision helps you to focus when you’re focused your energy goes there not just your energy but the energy of all the people around you your friends your family the people that you talk to in the street your acquaintances the man at the shoe repair shop the coffee man your barista everybody around you will be focused in on what you’re doing when you make a decision to do it.

Okay now I’m going to invite you to make a bigger decision today we had a micro decision yesterday today I want you to make a decision to set aside some time to think that’s it just to think.  Okay the challenge today is to take ten minutes we are uninterrupted you have no phone calls phone airplane mode no interruptions nothing’s going on you’re just going to sit and think you can close your eyes you can stare at a wall you can stare at a streetscape but I just want you to take a few minutes doesn’t even have to be ten just a few minutes just to think what do you want what do you want from life and then write it down.

Okay that’s your challenge today might be after this take a couple of minutes take five minutes whatever it is make a decision to figure out what you want to do and then do that okay take those few minutes and do that figure out what you want that’s my challenge for you day number two.
