Craig Lambie – just do it

The most interesting thing I have heard from some of my favourite podcasters like Seth Godin , Tim Ferriss or Tony Robbins , and so many more, is that sometimes you should just press ‘publish’ – Just do it!  So without further ado, here is my first post of many to come.  I plan to cover a range of topics, like getting coaching and what I have learnt from it and what I am still trying to learn; and lessons learnt from implementing advice from my coach.  Also, lifestyle changes that worked for me – like Keto eating – and things that didn’t work as well – like Tim Ferriss’ slow carb – also reflections on books I read, podcasts I listen to, audio books and my daily practices .

Who is it for?

I hope you will enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy writing it.  It is also for myself, as a great teacher once told me, the best way to really learn something is to teach someone else.  So I am sharing this with you, and if you get some benefit from it, great.

Helping someone

I would be super happy if it helped one person. I hope to help many, but really I want to just reach one person. You know who you are, you are that guy. Probably in your mid-30s looking to improve yourself, looking to learn more, express more, feel more. You want to get out of your head and into your heart.  You want to make a decision, and just do it.

That one guy could just be me, as I will get a lot from this, or it could be you. Maybe my words will reach you, maybe my interpretation of the great minds that you may have heard before will be the catalyst that gets you started on the journey to a better version of you. That is why this could be for you.

One thing that I do know is that, sometime after you turn 30, you start to realise that there is more to this life. It might be family, it might be your health starting to decline and you realise you actually have to pay attention now, or you might decide to become more knowledgeable about the world around you. Sometimes you need to make a decision, and then you can just do it.  Whatever the reason you are here, I hope I can help you just do it.
