Today I want you to celebrate your small micro decisions – take a moment to congratulate yourself for making these decisions and your challenge for today is to decide to stick to them, decide to be grateful to yourself for taking the time to do this challenge in your busy schedule, be grateful to the person that told you about this challenge.

Welcome to day number six and congratulations again for sticking with it sticking with this so far and today it’s a little bit light on the challenge side.
Today is more about saying thank you being grateful and just checking in just seeing how you’re going with those last few days those challenges that I set you and then I set myself as well across the last few years the lessons that I’ve been learning so tell me could write it in the comments you can send me a private message whatever works for you but tell me how did you go? Did you make a health decision did you look at your health did you make a little micro decision one that you know you can keep what was it? Did you make a wealth decision did you decide to save ten percent of your income in the future not right now just in the future did you make that decision? Did you make a wise decision did you decide to invest in yourself in your most valuable asset? Well I really hope you did and I really hope to hear more about how you went and I’d like you to think about today being grateful to yourself for taking this time for taking the time to invest in yourself even if it is just watching these videos you are getting on the path to investing in yourself to becoming a better version of you and so congratulations and be grateful to yourself for allowing yourself to do this.
If somebody invited you to come along and check out this challenge I want you to be grateful to them maybe you can even reach out and thank them for it after you’ve watched this video okay that’s all there is today there’s no challenge the challenge is to be grateful to accept where you are in your life you are where you need to be and if you’re not where you want to be yet you haven’t reached the goals that you’re there that is okay because you are on that path you will get there you’re not at the end yet it’s all about the journey okay that’s it for this of the 21-day challenge.
