True Hours Concierge – new business idea

Closed till the 5th sign on business window

This last break, I got sick of rocking up to businesses that say they are open on Google Maps, only to find them closed. Or calling to make a reservation and getting frustrating voice messages, or no voice message at all, wondering if they are open at all.

Introducing True Hours Concierge

At True Hours Concierge, we understand how challenging it can be for small and local businesses to keep their online presence accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. That’s why I created this business — to offer a friendly, reliable, and professional concierge service that helps businesses maintain their websites, social media profiles, online maps, and directories effortlessly – not a social media consultant, simply keeping things accurate and up to date – this first. You can add social later if you want – I can connect you with people.

What is True Hours Concierge?

True Hours Concierge is a dedicated service designed to support local businesses by managing and updating their digital footprint. From ensuring your website reflects your latest offerings to keeping your Google Maps and social media profiles current, we take care of the details so you can focus on running your business.

Our virtual concierge, Sophie Carter, is the friendly voice behind the service. Sophie is more than just an assistant; she’s a warm, approachable, and professional partner who handles your calls, answers questions, provides information about our services and pricing, and even books appointments with our founder, me, for personalized consultations.

Why I Created True Hours Concierge

As a business owner myself, I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle the demands of running a company while trying to maintain an effective online presence. Many local businesses struggle with keeping their information consistent across multiple platforms, which can lead to lost customers and missed opportunities.

I wanted to create a solution that feels personal and supportive — a service that acts like a top hotel concierge but for your business’s digital needs. True Hours Concierge was born out of a desire to help businesses thrive by making their online presence seamless and stress-free.

As a Google Maps local guide (Level 7) I rely on the community to keep this information up to date, but it is still frustrating when a business doesn’t own their own listing on Maps at least – if not on Fb places and elsewhere. I think posting your hand written sign on your socials if you leave early/ go on holidays and updating your answer message with the information is a minimum before you go away.

Why I Wanted This to Happen

The digital world moves fast, and local businesses deserve to be found easily by their customers. I believe that every business, no matter its size, should have access to expert help that keeps their online information accurate and engaging. True Hours Concierge is my way of making that possible.

By combining human warmth with efficient technology, we provide a service that feels genuine and professional. Sophie Carter, our virtual concierge, embodies this approach — she’s approachable, organized, and always ready to assist, making sure your business is represented in the best light.

If you know someone with a local business looking to enhance their online presence, and keep it up to date and accurate without the hassle, True Hours Concierge is here to help. Visit our website to learn more and get started:
