We created a specialist tenant and guest brand JCatHome in order to manage the numerous properties that we had coming on to public facing early in 2019. It made sense to do this as the main “brand” we used before was very investor focused.
This is now almost a company in it’s own right, and at some point we will restructure it off into a company in the group too.
