This is secret number 11:

Rich people choose to get paid based on results; and Poor people choose to get paid based on their time

You just think about that for a moment how do you get paid right now are you in a secure I get paid every week, every month, every fortnight? Or are you paid based on how well you perform?

Do you have a ceiling on your income every year? Do you have the ability to bring value to more people and therefore get more rewards? Because you’re unlimited in potential and therefore the of number people that you can help.

If you’re in this situation, think about ways that you can remove that ceiling from your income and start to get paid based on results. Get paid based on the number of people you bring through the door, the number of people you influence, or reward, or give value to.

You are valuable you really are you bring something special to the world and I want you to bring that to more people.

That’s it for this video I’ll see you on the next one
